Depending on your choice, orders are sent using on a 2 day service or up to 12 day service.

Orders placed by 3 pm EST will be dispatched the same business day.

Office and Warehouse – Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00 EST. The office is closed on Saturday & Sunday (and Federal Holidays) phones will not be answered and no dispatches made. If your order does not arrive within 3 days after the expected time of delivery please contact INFO@HWFFU.COM for more information.

Although rare, during promotional periods, dispatch may take up to 2 business days.

Customs, taxes, and other fees.
International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, and other fees. These charges are not the responsibility of INFO@HWFFU.COM . The customer will be liable to pay in full. It is the customers' responsibility to check the potential charges and organize payment for any Customs, Taxes, and other fees incurred prior to receiving the goods.
